Simantro hotel of the G Hotels chain, realised a partial renovation. In particular, sixty bedrooms were renovated, a bar was constructed on the existing pool area and a show cooking unit was installed in the dining sala. The design intervention is characterized by delicate manipulations because it is a traditional North Macedonian building with Byzantine elements. The main objective was not the imitation but a minimal continuation of the Halkidiki tradition.
