The under construction project is located in a privileged location in Nikiti seafront. The site has an endless view to Toroneos gulf and the whole design is obviously derived by this characteristic. A group of perforated cubic volumes is placed on site and each one of them allows sensing the natural elements. The main building is intermediate and also has a patio, which allows the air and the blue sky reflections on its white walls. A second volume shelters part of the ground floor slab which floats on water.Water emerges underneath the building like seawater. The third volume stands on the upper level, totally perforated, allowing the visiter a breathtaking view to Toroneos gulf. Concrete, slim elements, light colours, wood texture are the intended material of the synthesis.
