The bachelor 120 s.m. apartment is part of a detached house in Pefka, Thessaloniki. It is aimed to be inhabited by a single person. The central area, which occupies most of the floor plan, consists of the living room, the office, the library and the dining-kitchen. The friendly living room together with the library office is covering more that the half of the floorplan. Kitchen and the eccentric, custom made dining table are all in the same unified space since there are no privacy standards set here. The curved zone of the floorplan -that originally was a difficulty to overcome- resulted in the most attractive corner of the flat.
